Privacy notice
Last updated: 22 July 2026. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
The short version: we collect your details when you ask for an audit or become a customer, we research publicly available business information to send relevant B2B email (which you can stop with one reply), we never sell data, and this website sets no cookies at all.
1. Who we are
Namedropped is a trading name of Revive Management Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 07881882, registered office Lindley Court, Scott Drive, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA15 8AB. Revive Management Solutions Limited is the data controller. Contact: hello@namedropped.co.uk.
2. What we collect and why
- Audit requests: your name, company, website and work email, used to produce and send your free AI visibility audit and to follow up about it. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your request and marketing our service to businesses.
- Customers: account and billing details, your website content and onboarding answers, used to deliver the service and take payment. Lawful basis: performance of a contract. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.
- B2B prospecting: publicly and commercially available business contact details (name, role, work email, company) which we use to send relevant business-to-business email about AI search visibility. Lawful basis: legitimate interest. Every email tells you how to opt out, and one reply stops all contact permanently.
- Audit content: our reports include responses from public AI services (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google) about businesses. This is information those services make publicly available.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), Airtable (records), Make.com (automation), Reply.io (email sending), and AI/search API providers used to run audits. Some providers process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations. We never sell personal data.
4. How long we keep it
- Audit requests and prospect records: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
- Opt-outs: kept indefinitely on a suppression list, so we never contact you again.
- Customer records: for the contract plus 6 years, as required for tax and legal purposes.
5. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics scripts. That is why there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this notice and the site will be updated first.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to our processing (including to any direct marketing, which we will always honour). Email hello@namedropped.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
7. Changes
We will post any changes to this notice on this page with a new date at the top.
